Peter Meisel is a New York City expatriate who has been living in Sydney for over 30 years. He moved to Australia to become a teacher but when he found all of his students laughing at him he decided to pursue a career in stand-up comedy. One of his most famous appearances was on the USA late night talk show, David Letterman.
It’s been nearly 20 years now and Peter has performed on television, film, comedy clubs as well as his bedroom. And depending on whom you ask, he has made millions of people chuckle, guffaw, and chortle at him or with him.

Young, Dumb and Full of Pun! combines Jared’s love of hip hop music, punk rock energy and good old fashioned stand-up with a few classic Dad jokes thrown in. Jared approaches live performance with reckless abandon, throwing caution (and his filter) to the wind. On stage his skill set seems limitless, blending music, beatboxing, rapping, magic tricks and most importantly a steady stream of witty jokes delivering a frenetic live comedy performance that is not for the faint hearted!
Jared’s comedy prowess has cemented him as a familiar face on the Australian comedy circuit and a sought after support act having recently opened for Tom Green (CAN) and Ari Shaffir (USA).

Dan’s performance comes as an encore to his sold-out 2016 Sydney Comedy Festival show ‘Let Me Finish’ fresh off his tour at the Edinburgh Fringe.
If you need convincing, Daniel was selected by The Sydney Comedy Festival as a FRESH Artist in 2014 & 2015. In 2016, he’s performed at comedy festivals around Australia and the world in Melbourne, Sydney, Edinburgh & Adelaide; he’s also performed outside of festivals in New York, London & Berlin.
In Sydney, Daniel is half of Mug and Kettle Comedy and resident host of Eveleigh Comedy, Treehouse Comedy at The Forresters & Comedy After Hours. He also performs regularly around rural New South Wales.
Headliner: Ray Badran
Iconic Australian actor, comic and writer, Ray Badran will be gracing the stage for a special performance. Best known for his roles on Good News Week, Best Fest and The Cradle Comedy, this is a show not to be missed.

Headliner: Steve Philp
Steve first forayed into Stand-Up Comedy when he placed a finalist in Triple J Raw comedy and Green Faces shows. From there his career as a comic quickly moved on the road touring the country for the last 8 years with Comedians such as Carl Barron, The Umbilical Brothers, Adam Hills and a number of international acts such as Arj Barker and Tom Green. This immense touring enabled Steve to work in sold out venue’s such as The Sydney Opera House and The Enmore theatre. During this time Steve moved into radio co-writing and co-hosting an ACRA award nominated Saturday morning Breakfast show “ Kennedy and Philp” on Nova 969 (Sydney) for 5 years which allowed Steve to interview and work with stars such as Jack Black, Ron Moss, as well as filling in for Merrick And Rosso on weekday breakfast for 5 weeks over the Christmas period. Steve also became active as an MC and has hosted the afternoon session of Tropfest for the past 5 years.

From the Melbourne International to the Just For Laughs Montreal Comedy Festivals, MJ Wong has watched them all on TV.
A young(ish) up-and-comer, past his quarter life crisis, he has performed in comedy rooms across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne to crowds of at least 2 people and has performed to sell-out shows during the 2015 Brisbane Fringe Festival as one quarter of the comedy team Mrs. Wong’s Boys.
MJ Wong covers an array of topics ranging from racial profiling to bogan whispering and serves it up tight and punchy for maximum LOLs.

Gary Eck is one of Australia’s most popular & versatile stand-up comedians whose sharp wit has been entertaining Australian and international audiences for nearly two decades. He is also an accomplished writer, actor and director.
Gary began his foray into comedy as a writer for 2DayFM’s Morning Crew, graduating to host his own nightly programme – The Late Show with Gary Eck. Gary can be heard regularly on Richard Glover’s Thank God It’s Friday on ABC 2.
Gary has also successfully ventured into film. Gary co-wrote and co-directed Happy Feet Two with Academy Award-winner George Miller. He also voiced several characters for the film.
